Haben Girma is making headway in technology and in society advocating for people living with disabilities by speaking out and sharing her experiences. She asks us how our inspiration will create change. She also says that it is predominately society that creates disabilities by not having accessible communication, technology, and normal everyday functions. We need to make radical changes to include those who are often marginalized and to change our way of thinking to include access, or we will be missing out on gifts and talents of those who are unable to share because of lack of access.
